How do I know if you got my order? A verbal or email confirmation must be provided by Tiny Treats. If you have not received a confirmation within 24 hours, please call us at (650) 228-4131.
How much advance notice should I provide? 48-72 hours is preferred, but feel free to contact us to check availability.
Can I cancel my order? Orders must be cancelled at least 48 hours before pickup / delivery date. Orders placed less than 48 hours are final.
Do you have a retail store? Not at this time. Orders must be arranged for pick up or delivery.
Can you deliver? Local deliveries can be arranged within San Mateo County (please inquire for service areas and additional cost).
Is a deposit required? Orders exceeding over $100 require a minimum of 25% non-refundable deposit.
What type of payment methods do you accept? No card transactions are available at this time. Personal checks are only accepted if paid in advance. Cash will only be accepted for all payments made on the day of pick up or delivery.
How long are my desserts good for? We recommend that you serve your desserts within 48 hours for best quality. If not serving within a couple of hours from pick up or delivery, most desserts should be stored in refrigerator. Desserts stored properly will stay fresh for 1 week or sometimes longer. Cakepops don't require refrigeration, but should be kept away from heat. Cakepops can last up to 2 weeks.
